The short version: your details go only to the lenders we approach for you - never to marketing lists, never sold. We collect the minimum needed at each stage, you can see everything we hold, and you can tell us to delete it.

Who we are

Finneus (Bloq Group Limited) is the data controller for information collected through finneus.co.uk. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration pending). Contact: hello@finneus.co.uk.

What we collect, and when

Using the calculator: nothing personal. Amounts and terms you try are recorded anonymously to improve the product.
Checking eligibility: your company name and number (from Companies House public records), the requirement, and your contact details.
Proceeding to quotes: the documents lenders need - typically filed accounts, bank statements and, for tax finance, the bill being funded.

What we do with it

We share your details and documents only with the panel lenders we approach for your requirement, under agreements that restrict their use to assessing it. We use your contact details to run your deal and, with your consent, to send deadline reminders you can switch off in one click. We do not sell data, share it with marketing lists, or run third-party advertising cookies.

Legal bases & retention

We process data to take steps you request prior to a contract, with your consent (reminders), and under legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service improvement). Deal records are kept for 6 years in line with commercial record-keeping norms; you may request deletion of anything beyond what we must keep.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, and complaint to the ICO (ico.org.uk). Email hello@finneus.co.uk and we respond within 30 days.
