Finneus is a trading name of Bloq Group Limited (company no. 15314821, registered office 2 Palmer Road, London SW11 4GJ). We introduce UK limited companies and limited liability partnerships to business lenders. We are not a lender and we do not lend our own money. We may receive a commission from the lender if a loan completes. Because lending to limited companies is not a regulated activity, we are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority.
All amounts, rates, repayments and timings shown on this website are indicative illustrations only. They are not a quote, an offer of credit, or a credit decision. Final terms are set by the lender, subject to eligibility and their assessment, and are confirmed to you in writing before you enter any agreement.
Our service is available to UK-registered limited companies and limited liability partnerships. Applications must be made by a current director of the applying company, who confirms they are authorised to act on its behalf. Lenders on our panel require a personal guarantee from the applying director, covering the full amount borrowed. If the company cannot repay, you are personally liable.
Submitting an enquiry or application does not guarantee that credit will be offered, or offered on any particular terms. Lender decision and funding timings described as "typical" are not promises.
We do not charge borrowers fees for our introduction service. We may receive a commission from the lender. It does not change what you are charged, and you never pay us anything. See How we're paid.
Business lending to limited companies is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Your agreement is with the lender under its written terms, enforceable under contract law.
You confirm that information you provide is accurate and complete. Providing false information to obtain credit may constitute fraud and will be shared with fraud prevention agencies.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lender decisions, lender delays, or for reliance on indicative figures. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
